Join us for a week of yoga, mindful movement, surfing, swimming, and exploring Nicaragua’s culture.

This retreat is an invitation to move with intention and curiosity — to rediscover what it means to feel strong, stable, grounded, and free.

Through guided movement sessions, breathwork, and mindful exploration, you’ll learn how movement can be a tool for:

● Functional strength, stability, and mobility

● Resilience and nervous system regulation

● Grounding and softening — in body and mind

● Connection — to self, to others, and to the rhythms of nature

Your Retreat Includes

5 nights and 4 days beachfront and in the wild nature at Los Cardones Ecolodge, including:

-Twice daily yoga, movement, and breathwork offerings

-Endless beach and waves to surf and swim, or just take in the ocean air

-Beachfront accommodations (double occupancy)

-Three meals/day, including a long table group dinner each evening

-Turtle conservancy program

-Plenty of time to reflect, relax, connect, and be still

-Transportation from Los Cardones to Casa San Francisco

3 nights and 2 days at Casa San Francisco in the heart of Granada

-Daily yoga, movement, and breathwork offerings

-Accommodations and breakfast daily in a charming boutique hotel

-Swimming pool and rooftop patio

-Boat tour of the beautiful isletas on Lake Nicaragua

-Plenty of downtime to explore the city, history, art, and culture of Granada
